You will part of our Welcome Desk Team reporting to the Welcome Office Manager.
As a Welcome Desk Agent you are responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience to the guest while providing an efficient check-in for each guest. You will further attend to our guests’ needs, including, but not limited to, checkout and cashiering. You will also provide our Whatever/Whenever service, by granting guest wishes and creating memorable experiences.
You are the type of person that never says no, you always aim to exceed customer expectations, you are a great communicator, you demonstrate team spirit and cooperation, and act with professionalism and integrity.
You like to take ownership, you learn, develop and adapt to change and you can work independently, take initiative and pay attention to detail.
A Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
You must be fluent in English language (both written and verbally).
knowledge of Fidelio or Opera is preferred
