Designs and produces marketing materials including, but not limited to, advertisements, collateral, signage, flash
pieces, electronic brochures, banners, HTMLs and presentations that reflect the brand’s image and style in order to drive hotel revenue, awareness, sales support and internal communication to different stakeholders.
Promotes brand image internally and externally.
Partners with marketing and communications team and related hotel departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions pertaining to deliverables.
Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotions and event related collateral.
Monitors the progress of all projects, including the maintenance of project files and archives , and provides continuous communication to the Marketing and/or project team regarding ongoing project and status updates .
Executes and supervise various aspects of production including, printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, set up and file manipulation and layout. Ensure proper and clear filing is kept and communicated as required.
Responsible for video, photography and content required for brand, property and social media platforms.
Provide feedback for monthly GMs newsletter as requested.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
